| Mileage |
Agents
are credited 20 miles per listing, which are non-transferable
between listings. Agents will be charged $0.85 for each mile
over the credited amount. Mileage is calculated on a round
trip basis from BakerB Solutions to the property and back.
Example:
If the property is 20 miles from BakerB Solutions, Organization
would be charged an additional $17.00 added to the package
price regardless of the package selected (20 miles to property
+ 20 miles to return = 40 miles – 20 miles credit =
20 miles * $0.85 = $17.00 added to the package price). |
